The FEPSS Acronym
FEPSS stands for ‘Femsols Editing, Proofreading and Subtitle Services‘.
The name “Femsols” is a creative amalgamation of the founder’s first name and surname, Femi Soluade. Initially, FEPSS was established with a focus on ‘Editing, Proofreading, and Subtitle Services’, which formed the cornerstone of its offerings. These core services, encapsulated in the acronym FEPSS, laid the foundation for the company. Over time, FEPSS has broadened its scope to include a diverse range of other services, continually evolving to meet the needs of its clients.
Subtitle Services
An SRT file is a SubRip, plain text file that contains subtitles or captions that show where text should be synced and overlaid on an applicable video.
It can be uploaded directly to most video platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo and more.
Transcription files with time stamps will incur additional fees of $12 per video minute, if not provided. If you provide your own Transcription file, you will not be charged any additional fees.
You must also include a style guide with key information if transcription services are required. Proofreading of Transcription text is free, optional and may be requested.
We will not subtitle any video that contains sexually explicit, excessive violence or vulgar content. We reserve the right to refuse such projects. You may read our Terms of Service for more.
We have a no refund policy. Due to the nature of our virtual services and digital content being non-returnable once they are accessed or downloaded, all of our sales are final purchases, non-transferable and non-refundable. However, we offer free corrective services for technical mistakes.

Your style guide must provide key information relevant to your video content such as the proper spelling of names, locations, objects, brands, and so forth.
It informs us about your preferences regarding for instance, whether you would like certain words spelled out or numerical, such as “30 percent” vs. “30%” vs. “Thirty percent.”
A lot of the time, the information in your Style Guide depends on your target audience. If your target audience is a group of maths students, you would go with all numerals “30%” because you’re dealing with equations and formulas.

Remote Interpretation Services
In Consecutive Interpretation, the interpreter waits for the speaker to finish speaking before they provide the interpretation. This method is often used in scenarios where each utterance is short, such as medical appointments, legal proceedings, business or diplomatic meetings, and conferences.
On the other hand, Simultaneous Interpretation happens in real time as the speaker is speaking. This method is used for longer speeches and is common in settings like the UN, European Parliament, press conferences, live performances and concerts. With the rise of online meetings, remote simultaneous interpreting has also become popular.
The main difference between the two lies in the timing and setting: simultaneous interpreting is fast-paced and ideal for large gatherings, while consecutive interpreting allows for more detailed translations and is perfect for smaller settings.

Proofreading Services
Proofreading is a literary term for analyzing text for errors in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
We offer three levels for Proofreading Package:
Level 1: Basic Proofreading.
Level 2: Copy Editing.
Level 3: Substantive Proofreading.
At the basic level (level 1 in our Proofreading package) it does not involve rewriting of the submitted text. We will only be checking for basic errors. This option is perfect for those who are proficient in English but would like some light retouching.

After you’ve made your purchase, you will need to upload the aforementioned into the file upload widget. Upload limit – no more than THREE image/text files and THREE 5-second video clips.

Yes, we offer professional logo creation services.
Go to the Logo Design Services page, click on a number under the “Number of Logo Concepts” section. Each number corresponds to the quantity of logo concepts you want. Selecting a number will reveal the corresponding rate. Fill out all the required information.
Then go back to Graphic Design Services page where you will see the upload widget to upload the necessary files. Please be sure to not exceed the amount of files listed there.

However, we aim to deliver the final graphic design as quickly as possible.
You will receive your graphic design in one of multiple formats suitable for print and digital use, including but not limited to, JPEG, PNG, and EPS.
