Our Subtitle Process
- Initial Consultation: We start with a consultation meeting to understand the specifics of your project, such as the target language, video length, and desired delivery date. This allows us to provide an accurate estimate and timeline.
- Content Review and Analysis: Our team reviews the video content to understand its context and nuances. This step is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the subtitles.
- Subtitle Creation: Our experienced translators create the subtitles, ensuring they capture the essence of the dialogue without losing any meaning or context. They also ensure the subtitles are timed correctly with the video.
- Quality Assurance: The subtitles are then reviewed by a separate team for quality assurance. This team checks for any errors or inconsistencies and ensures the subtitles meet our high standards.
- Client Review: The subtitled video is sent to you for review. You can provide feedback or request any changes at this stage.
- Finalization and Delivery: After incorporating your feedback, we finalize the subtitles and deliver the final product. The subtitled video is now ready for distribution.
- Post-Delivery Support: We provide ongoing support even after the video is delivered. If you have any issues or need further modifications, our team is ready to assist.
Our Video Translation Process
- Initial Consultation: We begin with a consultation meeting to understand the specifics of the content, such as the target language, volume, and delivery format. This allows us to adjust the project estimate and timeline accordingly.
- Requirement Gathering and Content Analysis: Before we start the translation, we organize the client’s requirements and conduct a thorough analysis of the content. We may request additional materials from the client to ensure an accurate analysis.
- Team Formation and Training: Based on the initial data analysis, we form a Task Force (TF) team, consisting of a Project Manager (PM), Quality Director (QD), and Translator, that is optimized for the project’s nature. We then proceed with a kick-off training session.
- Sample Creation and Guide Confirmation: We create translation guides and samples based on the client’s feedback. This ensures that our work not only maintains the highest quality standards but also reflects the subjective characteristics of the content.
- Translation Process: The assigned translator completes the translation work, which is then proofread by a native speaker to ensure appropriate localization.
- Post-Production Support: Upon the client’s request, we provide support for post-production work to enhance the readability and comprehension of the content.
- Content Release and Ongoing Support: We adhere to the principle of closely responding to and caring for client requests. After the content is released, we monitor customer reactions and provide guidance enhancement and revision suggestions as needed.

- Voice Talent Selection: Based on the script, we select the most suitable voice talent from our pool.
- Recording: The voice talent records the script in a professional studio environment.

Our Remote Interpretation Process
